Hi Mithat,

I've read that most universities in China have a two semester system and some do a three semester system.

Similarly to most countries, the first semester usually begins in the autumn which means that everything should be submitted between late February and late July if you want to begin at the usual time. However, it is a great idea to look into admissions deadlines at each school you are interested in applying to.
