Do MBA programs usually have 2 start dates in spring and fall as other university programs? Or do they begin only once a year?

Hi Cher,

It is quite common that MBA programs begin twice a year. It is, however not a given as many programs also have just one annual intake. You will have to check with each of your top schools individually.

Thank you! Is it better to start in a particular season? I mean in terms of graduating at a convenient time for getting a job.

When it comes to the job markets, and especially in the United States, there is no particular season for hiring. While there are natural fluctuations in the labor market, it would be difficult to predict the perfect time to graduate and begin applying to jobs. Ultimately, you should choose the intake which best suits your personal timeline and commitments.

It is much more common for full-time programmes to have one intake per year. EMBA, part-time and flexible enrolment programmes may tend to offer more options.
