That is a very good question since MBA programs can be very expensive. Many schools require payment either annually or per semester and are unlikely to have installment plans beyond those terms. Many students who cannot afford the programs at that time seek student loans through government bodies and banks. Scholarships and awards are also offered by some governments, the universities themselves, and many third party organisations. In addition to scholarship search engines like Fastweb.com, you can check out some scholarship here.
In terms of admissions, common requirements for an MBA are strong GMAT or CAT scores, a bachelor's degree with a strong GPA, a personal essay, letters of recommendation and sometimes, an interview. You can read more about the details of admission here.
