Master of Business Administration in General Management - A 2-year English-taught MBA program at ISM

This two-year, part-time MBA study course is geared towards preparing engineers, scientists and business economists for responsible management positions in international companies. The MBA General Management program is also an ideal opportunity for business economists who have already gained initial work experience, to refresh and build upon their knowledge in key areas of management.
The international focus is one of the program’s greatest strengths, covering four important international economic areas. Study modules abroad at partner universities in the USA, in Brussels, Hong Kong and India enable participants to gain first-hand experience into management tasks within the respective business culture.
The seminars are taught in English by professors from renowned international universities and lay the optimal foundation for candidates' future positions of responsibility and leadership.
Key management expertise in an interdisciplinary curriculum
The Interdisciplinary approach to the understanding of corporate management is at the core of the teaching agenda. Candidates are exposed to various management areas, from Strategic Management, Marketing, Finance, Accounting and Law, Production, Supply Chain, IT through to HR, Organization & Leadership.
Each term, special attention is given to developing candidates' leadership potential and soft skills, through coaching and personal counseling. Feedback in combination with individual coaching help candidates enrolled in the MBA General Management program to create a framework for personal development and leadership. Teamwork and soft skills development, including communication to presentation skills, enable participants to recognize and further build upon their strengths throughout their business careers.

Application and Admission Requirements
ISM selects international applicants from a very competitive pool. The program is geared towards ambitious business thinkers with a strategic vision for their management agenda, who wish to diversify their expertise with interdisciplinary approaches.
The admission process consists of an application , followed by a personal interview with the candidate. The applicants are required:
- 3 to 10 years' professional experience
- English language proficiency (TOEFL scores).
- A first study program, completed with a minimum study period of six semesters at a university or
- An equivalent foreign higher education establishment

Expenses / Tuition Fees
The cost of this MBA program in General Management is €25,800, which covers all tuition fees.
Successful early bird applications, submitted before the January 31st, receive a €1,000 deduction on the tuition fees.
