The HEC Paris full-time MBA program is run over 16-months. This is the ideal length and allows a thorough investigation of the core business disciplines and enabling a return to employment within a short period. It enables you to step back from your professional expertise, to develop new skills, to discover new interests and to deal with managerial issues using an integrative approach.
The full-time MBA program is dedicated to fostering cross-cultural understanding, group dynamics and professional ethics. The first eight months of the program—the Fundamental Phase—offers participants a solid foundation in core business subjects such as Finance, Strategy, Marketing and Economics.
During the second half of the HEC MBA program—the Customized Phase—participants concentrate on one of five subject areas, or carry out an international exchange. They also select from a range of electives, or gain corporate exposure through an individual or group fieldwork project. Additionally we have 12 double degree programs available with prestigious partner schools around the world. Throughout the program participants receive in-depth training in decision making and interact directly with business leaders.
The HEC MBA Career Management Center (CMC) offers training in adapting job search skills to differing geographies in order to gain the attention of top recruiters worldwide. HEC MBA participants receive customized job-search advice from alumni, consultants, coaches, and peers. The CMC can put participants in contact with top international executive search firms and HECs active alumni network of over 44,000 worldwide and 200 recruiting companies. By ensuring that the academic curriculum and career management services work in tandem we will provide you with individual coaching and counseling which can help you navigate smoothly through the program and ultimately, pave your way to a fulfilling professional life.
