The MBA Program is designed to equip participants from all over the world with the skills to master strategy, change and competition in an international context and to advance in their career. We are committed to educate general managers who can function in a variety of jobs and cope with diverse and changing environments.

The MBA program aims at qualifying participants for the strategic leadership of companies. The curriculum emphasizes management concepts which foster strategic vision, entrepreneurial spirit, operational excellence, and awareness of cultural differences. Participants learn to identify complex interdependencies and to leverage the knowledge of functional specialist colleagues for the advantage of the entire company. Due to the global perspective, a sense for an understanding of cultural differences and how this matters for individual and corporate success is developed.
Application and Admission Requirements
- The program is designed for participants who seek an interesting career change and are eager to learn more
about general management. Our aim is to qualify participants for the strategic leadership of companies.
Participants with a degree in law, engineering, or natural sciences will benefit most from the program.
- The basic requirements for our applicants are a first degree (Bachelor or equivalent) and two years minimum
postgraduate work experience. Furthermore, the applicant must reach a minimum GMAT score of 600.
- Non-native English speakers also have to take the Test of English as a
Foreign Language with minimum requirements of 250 points (computer based test) or 100 points (internet

Expenses / Tuition Fees
The total fee for the 15-month MBA program is € 36,000.
This fee includes:
- All tuition
- All books and materials
- Accomodation and half-board during the international module
