Program description
MSc in Leadership and Management in Public Services
Through this MSc in Leadership and Management in Public Services programme, students will learn to make evidence-based decisions, take an initiative, collaborate with external agencies and problem solve within and across organisational boundaries. Students of this 2-year part-time course will have access to individual support from a personal tutor who will take on the role of a mentor throughout the student's studies in the first semester. With their support, students develop a personal plan which will work as a structure and guide through their studies. Students are also encouraged to explore topics that are of personal interest to them.

Application and Admission Requirements
This MSc in Leadership and Management in Public Services programme is designed for practitioners, in particular middle and senior managers. Entry requirements for the programme are:
- An honours degree with a 2.2 classification or better in any subject from a UK university or the equivalent from a recognised university overseas, together with current work experience in the management of public services gained either in public, commercial or not-for-profit organisations
- OR five or more years current work experience in the management of public services gained either in public, commercial or not-for-profit organisations, supplemented by evidence of relevant professional development and training.
