The program is taught entirely in English from Villingen-Schwenningen, in the foothills of the German Black Forest, which is among the most picturesque and famous German sites. Application and Admission Requirements
Admissions Requirements
Candidates are chosen or the International Business Management MBA based on their professional and academic merit and ability to actively contribute to the program.
Candidates must have achieved:
- An undergraduate degree with above average performance.
- Work experience: at least 24 months of relevant professional experience in a business environment after graduation (student internships or summer can not be considered).
- Proficiency in written and spoken English as indicated by TOEFL (570 paper based; 230 computer-based, 89 internet-based); Our ETS code number is 8221. TOEFL is not required for graduates from the UK, Ireland, North America, Australia.
Application Processes
All applications must be accompanied by the following:
- Official copies of all relevant degrees and transcripts
- Official GMAT scores (Average score for admission is 600)
- Official TOEFL/IELTS score
Degree and diploma etc.
Upon successful completion of the program, graduates will be awarded a Maser of Business Administration in International Business Management from HFU Business School.
Since 2004, the HFU MBA program has been fully accredited by FIBBA (Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation), an official international governing body for German universities.
Since 2012, the HFU MBA has been fully accredited by ACQUIN (Accreditation, Certification and Quality Assurance Institute).
The HFU MBA has been independently confirmed as equivalent to comparable degrees in the United States, Canada and all European nations.

The Master's thesis is the final assignment of the program and will be carried out in collaboration with a real company. Students will either work alone or in teams to construct a formal written paper and present a scientific exploration into a practical business problem.

Scholarships
HFU is a leading German Business School and offers a number of scholarships to support the development of qualified and talented individuals. Candidates who have excelled in their undergraduate degrees may be eligible for a scholarship of €3,200. All applicants are welcome to apply for this scholarship via the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).
Living Costs
Living costs in Villingen-Schwenningen typically average €680 per month and are the sole responsibility of the student. Students ma be required to demonstrate financial means when applying for a study visa. Financial support from the university for living expenses is not available.
