Program description
The Global MBA in Food and Wine is designed to develop leaders and entrepreneurs who will drive growth and internationalization for companies in the food and beverage sector.. The Global MBA in Food and Wine is designed for those who want to make a significant change to their career or start a business project in this sector. In line with industry characteristics, this course fosters a capacity to manage area-specific supply chain fragmentation and address the challenge of maintaining high-quality products while expanding on an international scale
The Global MBA in Food and Wine is a 12-month, full-time program.Over the course of the first term, classes will focus on general management and during the last two terms, students will study specialized subjects. International faculty-lead classes are accompanied by entrepreneurs, managers and Michelin-starred chefs, and will also take you to company visits. This is followed by 500-hours dedicated to an internship at a leading company in the food and beverage sector, or an entrepreneurial work project. Classes made up of students from a wide range of geographical origins, cultures and global perspectives help to enrich this experience with additional stimulation and opportunities for open discussion.

Bachelor's degree since 2016, two years of professional experience and English fluency
Expenses / Tuition Fees
The tuition fees for the Global MBA Program are 27,000 euros (VAT free) to be paid in three installments (the first installment is due upon enrollment).
The fees include participation in the Master, all the study material which will be made available through the online platform, and access to the services and facilities of Bologna Business School, such as: a personal account for the BBS Wi-Fi, use of the PCs in the Computer Lab, access to the study areas, access to the internal gym and special rates for the School restaurant. Furthermore, the fee gives participants the right to take advantage of supporting activities of the School, such as the language courses and the master lectures by invitation.
