Program description

The Executive MBA Program, aimed at mid and upper level professionals, is designed to optimize a working professional's most valuable resource - time. Auburn's program design, anchored with its five on-campus residencies, international study, and innovative distance learning technologies, affords the executive both the real time interaction with faculty and fellow executives, and the flexibility of a self-paced distance program without career interruption. It runs 21 months, launches each Fall, and prepares business leaders with the technical, analytical, and creative skills necessary to excel in the world of 21st century business.

Students have a choice of three concentration options within the Executive MBA program at Auburn, however, students are not required to choose a concentration. Therefore there is flexibility for students to move between the General Management and Technology Management options so as to take the courses which most interest them or can benefit them in their place of work.

Program Options
General Management Concentration
The General Management Concentration provides the essential core of a MBA curriculum with a focus on general leadership and globalization challenges.

Technology Management Concentration
The Technology Management Concentration builds on the core MBA curriculum with a focus on issues and challenges related to technology development and infrastructure.

HealthCare Management Concentration
The HealthCare Management Concentration is designed for non-MDs working in the healthcare field. It closely tracks with the Physicians Executive MBA program.
