Weekend Executive MBA, Duke University: Fuqua School of Business
For 20 intense months, you will strengthen core business skills, be exposed to different perspectives on current business issues and build a strong network of peers. Study and work on teams with other leaders with an average of 10 years of work experience.
We strive to weave a leadership and global perspective into every executive MBA program at Fuqua. Each program begins with the fundamentals of business and ends with your choice of electives. Elective courses are largely determined by student interest. Elective offerings, therefore, include a constantly changing selection of courses that address contemporary business issues.
Applicants to The Duke MBA - Weekend Executive program should be business managers who
Have minimum five years of professional work experience
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Want to fine tune cross-functional expertise
Desire to strengthen essential leadership skills required to maintain a competitive edge in today's business environment
The Duke MBA-Weekend Executive HSM concentration is ideal for working health care professionals who want to maintain their competitive edge in today's business environment through a strong core MBA foundation that provides a comprehensive understanding of the health sector.
Residency: Every other Friday and Saturday for duration of program.
Approximately 90% face-to-face teaching; Internet delivery during
non-residency weeks.
Weekend Executive students have the opportunity to enhance their academic learning by participating in an elective International Management Study course. In this course, you gain hands-on experience as you travel to different countries to visit businesses, meet corporate executives and examine country-specific issues such as anti-trust and financial markets.
Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA)
$97,500 Tuition includes books and class materials, overnight accommodations on Weekend Executive Fridays and meals on Weekend Executive weekends.
