The MSc Programme in Marketing emphasizes the department's present competitive strengths in the area of China Marketing, Services Marketing, E-Marketing and Strategic Marketing. In addition, the programme is unique in that it provides students not only with a thorough and in-depth knowledge base in marketing but also a wide range of advanced marketing electives not usually encountered in a normal undergraduate marketing or MBA programme.
The MSc Programme in Marketing aims:
- to offer a compact, well-designed and specialized training programme to candidates with interests in marketing;
- to provide candidates with the opportunity to acquire the knowledge of fundamental and new marketing concepts;
- to enhance candidates' ability in analyzing current marketing issues;
- to develop and sharpen candidates' marketing skills in doing business in Asia, especially in China.
The programme of study is designed for part-time students to complete after a study period of six terms in two calendar years.
