This MBA in Retail in the Banking and Financial Industry Program has a curriculum that is divided in two main parts: General Management (MBA core courses) and a Retail in the Banking and Financial Industry concentration that aim at presenting the tools enabling the understanding of financial markets and financial instruments, as well as enrich participants with the expertise needed in the field of the retail industry and financial organizations.

This post-experience MBA also includes: managerial training, team-based project works, workshops with managers and entrepreneurs and in-company visits. The program alsofeatures a Business English course; intensive Italian classes are offered free of charge to international participants who wish to improve their language skills during their stay in Italy. Italian classes are scheduled in September 2012, prior to the beginning of the MBA courses.

The program also includes a 500-hour internship scheduled in the last period of the program (June - September 2013). Internships will take place at the UniCredit Retail Area in the countries where the Group is present. The internship represents an opportunity for MBA participants to analyze real company problems, develop strategies, and elaborate action plans together with upper level managers.
Corporate contacts established during the year, together with the internship experience, will give MBA participants a considerable competitive edge over the ever present competition.
