Personal Development is both an integral element in each subject module and a topic in its own right. By working with subject tutors, personal tutors and others in the intake, you will be able to reflect on your own development needs and receive feedback in an assessed review and plan at each stage.

Henley offers flexibility; if your personal circumstances change, you are allowed to take breaks between the different stages of the MBA. You are able to take up to 2 years break between the different stages

Henley offers a unique portfolio of management development programmes; these are for individual executives and companies, or consortia of companies, which are aimed at middle to top management levels. The programmes range from short courses to MBAs and DBAs.
