The 33 months of FEMBA allow maximum exposure to the wealth of assets available at UCLA Anderson. FEMBA students enjoy full access to the resources, recruiting and corporate events of the Parker Career Management Center, as well as full-time FEMBA career counseling on a one-on-one basis. The FEMBA Program is taught by the same faculty, bestows the same degree and follows a similar curricular plan to Anderson's full-time MBA Program.

Admission Requirements

Each applicant is carefully considered on the basis of past academic performance, admission essays, employment history, letters of recommendation, GMAT and other test scores, motivation and career progression. Participants are selected for their overall abilities and the valuable contributions that they can make to the program.

Candidates must hold at least a four-year bachelor's degree from a college or university of fully-recognized standing. No specific undergraduate major is required.
